Welcome, I am Charles Davies, the owner/operator of Clean Roof Solutions. For the past 26 plus years I have had the pleasure and satisfaction of helping thousands of residential and commercial customers with various exterior remodeling improvements such as roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. Over the past nearly 20 years I began to notice a significant increase in the ugly black algae stains found on roof shingles. After investigating, I learned that there were methods to safely remove these stains without damaging the roof. It was out of this demand to clean, restore, and maintain roofs from black algae stains as an alternative to costly and unnecessary roof replacement, that I started Clean Roof Solutions.

 

Clean Roof Solutions is a safe option for the removal of roof stains. As a certified roofing applicator with CertainTeed and Owens Corning, I understand the importance of not damaging the granules that are attached to the surface of shingles. That is why Clean Roof Solutions uses a soft wash method that will not damage the shingles like a pressure washer would.

 

Since starting Clean Roof Solutions, I have loved seeing the beauty restored to homes and commercial buildings. I have especially enjoyed sharing in our customers’ excitement as they witness the difference Clean Roof Solutions made in the cleaning of their roof, siding, brick, and stone.
